EVANGELIST LILLIAN R. WALLACE A WOMAN WHO LOVES THE LORD
Evangelist Lillian Wallace was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Edward Williams, Sr. and Overseer Dorothy Williams. Evangelist Wallace submitted her life to the Lord and was filled with the Holy Ghost at the young age of 12. Through many struggles and challenges she remained faithful to the church, and held to her integrity. The Lord has truly blessed Sister Wallace to serve as Youth President, Sunday School Teacher, Administrative Aide, Church Secretary, President of Jr. Missionaries, and currently the President of the Women’s Ministry at Holy Truth. She’s an avid worshipper and loves to praise the Lord.
God anointed Sister Wallace to preach the Gospel during the 1980’s, and after a lengthy period of training, she was elevated to an Evangelist. She is First Lady of the Holy Truth Church under the leadership of Bishop Barton Wallace, Sr. Evangelist Wallace has been honored with several awards for work in the church community. However, nothing is more rewarding to her than to see souls delivered from sin and filled with the Holy Ghost. Young people share a special place in her heart and she enjoys seeing them excel naturally and spiritually.
In 2001, Evangelist Wallace experienced God’s miracle healing power after a serious illness. She can truly witness that God can and will do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can even ask or think.
Evangelist Wallace completed her education in the Washington, DC area and furthered her education at Prince Georges Community College, receiving a Certificate of Completion in their Early Childhood Development Program. She was formerly employed with the Federal Government, until her retirement in 1997. She enhanced her spiritual knowledge through Shiloh Abundant Life School of Ministry.
Evangelist Wallace is happily married to Dr./Bishop Barton E. Wallace, Sr., and is the mother of three loving children – Barton Jr., Wanda, and Alecia, and one granddaughter, Natika.
Her favorite scripture is Israel 40:31, but they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Her constant prayer is that Christ will have preeminence in her life, and that He will always receive the Glory!
