Bishop Wallace was born in Calvert County, Maryland to the late Edward and Florence Wallace, and is the youngest of six children.   He was educated in the Maryland and Washington, DC School systems.  He spent three years and eight months in the United States Air Force, and served 9 years in the Air Force Reserves.  Bishop attended the University of Washington in Spokane, Washington and continued at Benjamin Franklin Business College in Washington, DC, where he received his degree in Accounting.  He was employed by the Federal Government and retired from the HUD Agency after serving 32 years.  While at HUD, he taught an anointed Bible Class where many were converted and received the Holy Ghost, and were baptized in Jesus Name.  Bishop Wallace is married to Evangelist Lillian Wallace, and they are blessed to have one son, and two daughters, who are also workers in the ministry.

 

                 God blessed Bishop to attend several Bible Colleges to enhance his Biblical knowledge and prepare him for service to the people.  Bishop has a deep passion for God’s Word and for people of all ages.   He has been pastor of the Holy Truth Church for the past 16 years, where he is laboring diligently to teach and preach the Gospel, to win souls to the Kingdom of God; and to see young people delivered from the streets.  His prayer and desire is that men and women everywhere will be able to enjoy peaceable lives.

 

                 Bishop is also endowed with the ability to assist members of his congregation and other community clients in reducing tax burdens, and improving their financial status.  He conducts Financial Workshops for churches which enhances their record books.  Through his financial assistance, several churches have advanced to “Mortgage Burnings.” Bishop Wallace was bestowed with the Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters Degree in January 2005 at the Breakthrough Bible College as a result of impacting on many lives.  He gives all the Glory and Honor to God!

 

                 Bishop Wallace is the presiding prelate of Holy Resurrected Ministries Fellowship of churches located in DC, Brentwood, MD, Glen Burnie, MD, and Longview, TX.

 

His favorite motto and scripture is:  Joshua 1:5,7,8,…… As I was with Moses, so shall I be with thee….. Only be thou strong and very courageous….:  This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein:  for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
